The Jewel book 2024

Jewel Charity annually publishes The Jewel, a full-color, hardbound keepsake book for donors, featuring individuals and businesses in the community that support Cook Children’s. The book often sits on coffee tables, in waiting rooms or living spaces, and is referenced and admired throughout the year. Your donation, includes a page in the book, complimentary photo session with an Official Photographer and a copy of the book. 

OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

We recommend using a JCB Official Photographer for the highest quality result. Our photographers will submit your selected photo to Jewel Charity. Please schedule your sitting early!
(Prints may be purchased from the photographer separately.)

In addition to local photo sessions, Gittings will have photographers available in two locations for destination portrait sessions.  ($450.00 reservation deposit required) Please contact Gittings to request dates and availability.

We will accept digital photos if they are 300 DPI at the 6" x 6" size (no added borders required).

  • Please verify photo quality before submitting to Jewel Charity.

  • Original photographs cannot be made larger, or edited.

  • Jewel Charity does not take responsibility for the reproduction of photos from sources other than Official Photographers.

  • Only Official Photographers will receive credit in The Jewel.

  • It is the donor’s responsibility to obtain rights to the photo or the photographer’s permission to use the photo in The Jewel.
