The Sky’s the Limit
2025 Jewel Charity Ball | March 1, 2025
Nearly 1,300 guests enjoyed an evening of boots, western bling and black-tie glamour at the 2025 Jewel Charity Ball, hosted at the Amon G. Carter Exhibits Hall on March 1. Inspired by the beauty of a Texas sunset, 2024 – 2025 Jewel Charity President Peggy Sims and her Ball Committee planned an evening full of the best sights and bites from around the Lone Star State to celebrate the generosity of Jewel Charity’s Angel Donors.
Will Rogers Memorial Center was transformed into a Lone Star paradise complete with breathtaking sunset images, vibrant floral arrangements and larger-than-life western décor. Guests were greeted with the event’s signature cocktail – a ranch water – before enjoying Texas delicacies such as a bacon bar, Hatch green chili grits, salt and pepper-crusted tomahawk steaks with flambéed whiskey BBQ sauce and more.
Collections Fine Jewelry, Jewel Charity’s 2024 – 2025 Official Jeweler, showcased hundreds of dazzling pieces for guests to peruse and purchase at the event, and donated 10% of sales to Jewel Charity.
The Steve Miller Band, led by Texas-native Steve Miller, provided entertainment for the evening. Guests danced the night away to chart-topping hits including “The Joker,” “Space Cowboy,” “Fly Like and Eagle” and “Jet Airliner.
Since 1953, Jewel Charity has provided for the health and well-being of patients at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth. Funds raised at the 2025 Jewel Charity Ball will be presented to Cook Children’s at Jewel Charity’s annual Gift Celebration on March 26, 2025.
